I can't believe it's been a whole month! It seems like April has really flown by. It's been a very strange month for me in a lot of ways (not bad, just strange), but I've really enjoyed hosting WED! It's been fun getting to hear what everyone's working on and see y'all's progress over the month. I'm not on Dreamwidth much, but if you want to keep in touch outside of WED comments, I'm on tumblr as driftcompatible. 

I'll try to have the final tally up sometime on Sunday, in case anyone has forgotten to check in and needs a little time.

April 30th - 2027! My highestr daily word count this year! Totally unintentional. A 1000 word fic, a double drabble that ended up 790 words, and some editing on a couple of fics. Woohoo!

Got to get caught up! Did at least a little writing on days 28, 29, and 30, mostly in revisions and cleaning out tabs and doing a lot of file renaming and investigating so that a project can be right, rather than an amalgamation of many years of accumulation.

Nice work! I totally feel you on the file management - I've just started working again on a script from a few years ago that, for some reason, I didn't save the 3 previous completed drafts as editable files, only PDFs. Like half of my "writing time" today has just been fixing that mess.
